Mr. Krisdang Nutcharat, his lawyer, said these charges were brought against Thanathorn by Nang Loeng police station over a live broadcast he made on both Progressive Movement and his personal web pages on Jan. 18. 2021 during which he criticised the delay in procurement of Covid vaccines and is said to have also touched on the monarchy.
