THE PEOPLE’S has today (Sep.23) opened an email address entitled “antiblue@people’sparty.or.th” for members of the public including government personnel to provide the largest opposition party tip-offs and evidence pertaining to allegations of misconduct and corruption perpetrated by the Bhumjaithai-led government as a whole for use in planned censure debate at parliament.
In political jargon, blue is the shade specifically representing the Bhumjaithai, core of the current coalition government, navigated behind the scenes by de facto party boss Newin Chidchob and formally led by Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul.
According to the People’s latest statement issued today (Sep.23), the “Blue Regime” has contentiously prevailed to run the country at the cost of its rules of law which have been broken and compromised whilst “independent” agencies such as the Election Commission have ostensibly failed to bring to justice those wrongdoing, corrupt suspects either attached to or connected with the ruling party.
For instance, a majority of the commissioners arguably exonerated Newin, Anutin and other prominent Bhumjaithai elements from prosecution among a total of 229 suspects originally accused of involvement in the 2024 senatorial rigging conspiracy.
The People’s has encouraged members of the public including justice-loving officials at any government agencies to provide them via “antiblue@people’sparty.or.th” truthful information, pivotal clues and concrete evidence pertaining to acts of misconduct and corruption on the part of those attached to or connected with Newin’s camp which will merely be used during censure debate against the Bhumjaithai-led government speculated to be held between late next month and early in the following month.
All relevant information and tip-offs will be treated as utmostly confidential whilst all informants will be by no means identified by name and under no circumstances have their positions in government or personal whereabouts unveiled, the People’s statement says.
