THE SOUTH Korean embassy today (Mar. 16) clarified that news spreading in Thailand saying people from four northeastern provinces had been blacklisted is fake news, TV Channel 7 said. According to the false report South Korea had blacklisted people from Khon Kaen, Sisaket, Udon Thani and Yasothon provinces after marking them as red areas.
