The inferno at Mountain B entertainment venue in Sattahip district of Chonburi province killed 13 on the spot with six others later dying in the hospital. Over 30 victims are still under medical treatment with eight requiring ventilators.

At 4 p.m. today the Pattaya Provincial Court issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Somyot Panprasong, 55, or Sia Yot, the father of Mr. Pongsiri Panprasong, or Sia B, on the charges of negligence leading to the death and serious injury of others and setting up the pub without a permit.
