THE Constitutional Court ordered the Election Commission to submit additional evidence in today’s (June 12) hearing of the case the agency has filed seeking dissolution of the Move Forward Party, Naewna newspaper said.
Under the highly debatable charges the Move Forward is alleged to have designed to undermine rule of the country by having earlier sought amendment to the draconian lese majeste law, also known as Section 112 of the Criminal Code.
The court ordered the polling agency to submit the additional evidence on Monday June 17 with the next hearing scheduled for Tuesday June 18.
