PRIME MINISTER Anutin Charnvirakul will most certainly be spared legal prosecution in the Supreme Court by the Election Commission for alleged involvement in the 2024 senatorial rigging conspiracy alongside 20 Bhumjaithai ministers, MPs and members of the executive board of the largest ruling party, partisan sources said today (Aug.27).

Besides the prime minister. the 20 Bhumjaithai members of cabinet, lawmakers and executive board members who will be most certainly spared from any relevant charges include Deputy Prime Minister Songsak Thongsri, personally close to the de facto party boss, Deputy Prime Minister-cum-Transport Minister Pipat Ratchakitprakarn, Prime Minister’s Office Ministers Paradorn Prisnanuntakul, Napinthorn Srisanpang, Suksamruay Wantaneeyakul, chief government whip Koravee Prisnanuntakul and former deputy House speaker Supachai Bhosu, among others.
The suspects who may be relatives of any Bhumjaithai MPs as well as their close aides will likely as well be spared prosecutions in the Supreme Court, the partisan sources said.
