Shortage forces Rangsit University to switch from AstraZeneca to Sinovac

RANGSIT University today (June 6) posted a message on its Facebook page that it is changing from AstraZeneca to Sinovac vaccine for people who had registered for jabs during June 8-12, 2021 because of inadequate supply, Sanook.com said.

While confirming it is continuing to cooperate with the government in providing vaccination service to the people free of charge, the university told those who had registered for shots during June 7-30 of key changes.

Only those who have an appointment for a shot tomorrow, June 7, will get the AstraZeneca vaccine.

Those booked for jabs during June 8-12 will be given the Sinovac vaccine. Should they want to wait for AstraZeneca then the university will arrange for it as soon as possible.

Those who have a vaccination appointment during June 13-30 would have to wait for a confirmation. They were told to follow up the news on the university’s website.
