18 Bangkok districts Covid free for 14 days

BANGKOK Metropolitan Administration (BMA) today (Feb. 4) revealed that no Covid-19 cases have been found in 18 Bangkok districts for 14 days, Thai Rath newspaper said.

BMA’s spokesman Pol. Lt. Col. Pongsakorn Kwanmuang revealed the list of the 18 districts as follows:

  • Thawi Watthana;  
  • Nong Khaem; 
  • Thung Khru;
  • Bang Phlat;
  • Bang Sue;
  • Phaya Thai;
  • Dusit;
  • Phra Nakhon;
  •  Pom Prap Sattru Phai;
  • Samphanthawong;
  • Pathumwan;
  • Bangna;
  • Prawet;
  • Bangkapi;
  • Saphan Soong;
  • Bueng Kum;
  • Khan Na Yao;
  •  Nong Chok.

Even so, residents of these districts were urged to continue strictly following measures to control the spread of coronavirus in order to bring the situation back to normal again.
