JUST as Thai and foreign tourists were walking and exercising on Pattaya Beach early this morning (July 29) a completely naked foreign man showed up and started shouting as he paced up and down the abutting footpath, Naewna newspaper said.
At 6 a.m. Pol. Capt. Sontaya Khansap, an inspector at Pattaya City police station, was notified of a foreign tourist walking around naked at Pattaya Beach and quickly took a police team there to investigate.
At the scene they found the completely naked tall white man, around 45-50 years old, shouting as he walked up and down the footpath next to the beach with this stirring chaos as some people there had panicked.
The police team surrounded the naked man and tried to talk to him but his reply did not make any sense as he kept talking in circles.
After 15 minutes police managed to persuade him to get into their car where they covered him with a cloth and took him to the police station to calm down. However he continued screaming and yelling.
Police have still not been able to identify this foreign man and those who know him are urged to contact Pattaya City Police Station.
