MOTORBIKES PARKED in the premises of Government House caught a mystery fire in the middle of last night.
Two of the four motorcycles, owned by some employees attached to Government House and parked alongside one another, were damaged beyond repair and the two others were slightly damaged by the blaze, which was reported at about 00.30 a.m. today (August 6), police said.
No injuries were reported due to the fire, the cause of which is yet to be determined.
The motorcycles had been parked outside the building of the Office of the Prime Minister’s Secretary Disathat Hotrakit.
The blaze lasted about 10 minutes before it was put out by the police with extinguishers.
