THE ROYAL Household Bureau said in its fourth announcement today (Aug. 15) that Royal doctors are treating Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavati for severe infection.
The medical team said medication and equipment had been given to support the functioning of HRH Princess Bajrakitiyabha’s lungs and kidneys when an occasional infection was detected after her admission to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital on December 15, 2022 upon losing consciousness due to a heart condition.

After a severe infection was discovered in her bloodstream on Aug. 9 multiple antibiotics and blood pressure medications have been administered to stabilise HRH Princess Bajrakitiyabha’s blood pressure. The medical team continues to provide intensive care and closely monitor Her Royal Highness’ condition.
