Condo residents fuming – still unable to return 2 months after quake

RESIDENTS of a 900-unit condominium in Chokchai Ruammit area are furious with their juristic person because even though two months have passed since the big earthquake on March 28, they are still unable to live in their homes, Amarin TV said today (May 28).

Popular web page, whose Thai name translates to “If You Want to be Famous, We will Make it Happen for You” Return Part 6, said the residents of this condo building will be filing a complaint at Sutthisan police station today to take legal action against their juristic person.

Despite two months having passed since the earthquake, the four elevators cannot be used because of cracks, the parking lot’s cracked walls have not been repaired and the juristic person uses security guards to control condo owners.

Later in the day one condo owner only identified as Mr. S and his family filed a complaint at this police station that there is no electricity or water in their unit since the March 28 earthquake causing hardship.

When they contact the condo’s juristic person about repairs they are continually put off.

They have therefore filed this complaint for further action.
