THAI netizens praised a Good Samaritan who took a young blind man on a trip to Koh Larn, off Pattaya, after he posted a message asking for help to go on a holiday there, Matichon newspaper said today (Jan 8).
On Friday Jan. 5 Mr. Jukkapun Katudnon posted a message on a Facebook page that helps people find friends to travel and eat out together seeking help to go on a trip to Koh Larn last weekend as he is blind.
He added that he was already in Pattaya and it could be one person or a group that volunteers to take him there and look after him during the trip, preferably male.
A short while later Mr. Paripol Toopiroh posted a message on this same Facebook page saying he picked up the younger brother and they were already at Koh Larn, with photos showing them riding a motorcycle on the island and relaxing on the beach.
Lots of Thai netizens then praised Paripol in their comments, with some saying the following:
“This year I will be returning to Thailand and ask permission to contact you, if you are free let’s travel together.”
“Oh my heart is brimming – this is the year’s first heart-healing post.”
“Very cute.”
“I really respect you – you are very kind.”
