RESCUERS are working hard at freeing three people trapped in their vehicles that got damaged when a pedestrian overpass at Bang Na-Trat road collapsed upon being struck by a dump truck this morning (Dec. 18) paralyzing inbound traffic, Nawena newspaper said.
This footbridge is right in front of Namchai market, Bang Phli Noi subdistrict, Bang Bo district, Samut Prakan province, and collapsed at 9.05 a.m. upon being hit by the dump truck with debris crushing a truck and a pick-up truck.
Inbound lanes are blocked as Ruam Katanyu Foundation rescuers work at removing the collapsed pedestrian overpass structure.
