SOON AFTER being voted Thailand’s 32nd Prime Minister with 311 votes from lawmakers Bhumjaithai leader Anutin Charnvirakul rushed to Ramathibodi Hospital to visit his father, Naewna newspaper said this evening (Sep. 5).
Upon arriving at 5.40 p.m. Anutin bowed to his father, Chavarat Charnvirakul who is also a former interior minister, and hugged him just has he was having dinner, with both of them in a cheerful mood over his success.
It was reported that Anutin is due to arrive at his party’s headquarters 8 p.m.
