AS PER APPOINTMENT the protesters participating in Thammasat Coalition and Assembly’s “car mob” protest showed up at Ratchaprasong at 1 p.m. today (August 10) amid a lively atmosphere with various activities being held, Siam Rath newspaper said.
At 2 p.m. the procession started off at the Central World department store going through Ploenchit road with loud blaring of horns.
The protesters then drove through Asok Montri road with their first stop being Sino-Thai Tower building where horns were to be loudly sounded.

After that they were to go to the house of Deputy Agriculture and Cooperatives Minister Thammanat Prompao on Rama 9 road.
The protesters had also put up various signs criticising the government on their vehicles.
