Young man fuming at job documents not being delivered

A YOUNG MAN is considering suing Thailand Post Co. Ltd.’s Bang Fang post office in Khon Kaen for not delivering important documents which led to him missing a job interview and might now be disqualified while the postal company is getting ready to give an explanation, Amarin TV said this afternoon (July 15).

Mr. Sadis’ job setback at the hands of the postal service is going viral on this Northeastern province’s social media platforms after “Any Complaints about Khon Kaen Tell Us Here” web page published photos of an official letter from the Secondary Education Service Office for Phang Nga, Phuket and Ranong and a photo of the well-known Thai post office with the following message:

“I Mr.XXXX XXXX condemn the error by Ban Fang post office in Khon Kaen province in carrying out their duties for not delivering the official letters. The staff’s undesirable behaviour is listed below:

“-Ignoring/disregarding their duty (16 letters missing);

– Forged signature;

– Untruthful statement (reference CCTV)

– Ignore and not cooperate in determining authenticity.”

He added that as this has led to him suffering both direct and indirect damage, because he missed the job interview and might now be disqualified, he has filed a police complaint and is gathering documents for possibly filing a lawsuit.

Sadis later posted another message online that he is now working in Bangkok with an official from Thailand Post Co. having contacted him and helping him get various documents.

Reporters from this television channel visited the Tha Fang post office and found that the staff were performing their duties as normal but none of them would give any information.

Upon being contacted, the provincial authorities said they had related this case to Thailand Post Co.’s head office which will soon be clarifying the issue.
