THOSE who have passed through Phisanulok city recently would have noticed street art tigers at five different points with these imaginative and creative murals attracting people to come and take photos alongside them, Sanook.com reported last week.
Drawn by Mr. Suchart Manthong, 39, who hails from Surin province and uses the pen name Huafoo Art, the five murals were completed from November to early this month.
Suchart said he drew them because he wanted Phisanolok to have an art focus and to promote tourism with the beautiful public art being his New Year gift to the province.
He had scouted the city for good location and then got permission from the owners to draw the murals and he chose the tiger because of how powerful this animal is.
People are flocking to take photos of and next to these murals with the five points they are located being as follows:
– At the bus transport centre;
– Next to Top Mart shop in front of Phitsanulok provincial police station;
– Ruam Chai market bus parking area;
– Two murals at Kasikorn Bank car park near the Clock Tower.
Anyone can go and take photos of these murals with this currently being easy for residents of this province to do so as they do not have to travel interprovincially during the Covid-19 outbreak.
