  AFTER a fun-filled Loy Krathong celebration last night (Nov. 15) Bangkok Metropolitan Authority (BMA) workers  have been busy collecting the floats from various waterways including Chao Phraya river, canals, ponds and public parks with this year’s total reaching  514,590, a 19.57 percent drop from last year, TV Channel 7 said. Collected krathong waste, with
