By Thai Newsroom Reporters FOUR YOUNG males have been arrested for allegedly attempting to steal millions of baht in cash from an ATM in Phetchaburi province, police said today (July 5, 2020). The attempted theft suspects were rounded up on Saturday at a resort in Samut Songkhram province after they had unsuccessfully tried to cut
